Our primary focus is on supplying high-quality solar equipment. While we don't offer installation services ourselves, we can provide recommendations for trusted local installers in your area.

Yes though we only return or exchange broken items that cannot produce expected outcome in terms of power or converting power. Examples of items that are broken are: 

• Shattered glass 
• Frame dislocation  
• Broken modules 
• Burns 
• Punctures 

We do not refund or replace items that work as expected but have cosmetic defects like: 

• Scratches 
• Dinks 
• Discoloration 

We offer customers two options if items in their order arrive broken.  

1. We can send a reimbursement for broken items. 
2. We can send replacements for broken items. 

The reimbursement will equate to the initial purchase value of solely broken items and will be sent to the initial form of payment used. 

Replacements will be the same of said broken items IF we have those same said items in hand at the time of inquiry. If not, we will send something similar.  

We do not accept returns for broken items. 

Our solar panels come with a standard manufacturer's warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.If you encounter any issues with the solar panels within the warranty timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will gladly assist you with a resolution or replacement.
